Bravery

Odie is not known for his bravery.
In fact, he is quite the "duck and cover" type.
He is afraid of a plastic bag blowing in the wind.
He hightails it if something falls off the counter other than food.
He pees on cats because he is oblivious to the fact that he should be barking at them.
So why is it that when the very quiet doorbell rings, he barks his head off like his life depends on it? He will bark,and whine until you answer it and his curiosity can be satiated.
Yup, as long a burglar rings the doorbell first, we'll be perfectly safe!
